I´m not a big bourbon fan, but in drinks it can contribute to the flavors amazingly. To give the drink its Apricot taste I use Apricot syrup, which also makes it a bit sweet. You can find the recipe for apricot syrup here, just replace the rhubarb with apricots.
Makes 1 glass
4 cl Bourbon
4 cl Apricot Syrup
Lemon Juice (I used Brämhult´s Lemonad)
1. Pour Bourbon och apricot syrup in a glass. Stir gently and fill up with ice.
2. Fill the glass with 50% lemon juice and 50% Tonic Water.
3. Garnish with wedges of lemon or fresh apricots.
