Chia Pudding has become a very common healthy snack/breakfast for a lot of people. It’s easy to make and you can vary it endlessly, for instants with berries, chocolate, coconut etc. To get out all the amazing protein and minerals you have to crush the seeds. I usually put the seeds in a blender together with the rest of the ingredients to crush a few of them. I also make sure to chew the seeds to get more of the nutrition.
A tip to make your pudding even healthier is to add Bee pollen. Bee pollen is made from honeybees and is considered one of natures most nutritious food and includes all vital nutrians required by humans.
Makes 2 Portions
60 g frozen Mango
2 dl Coconut Milk
3 table spoons of Chia Seeds
1 table spoon of Bee Pollen
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Stir the pudding with a spoon and pour into 2 glasses.
3. Put them in the fridge and let them rest until the next day or until the pudding is thick.
4. Ganish with your favourit fruit, berries and/or nuts.
