Kale is one of the most nutritious vegetable and you can use it in so many different ways. Impress your guest with this healthy crispy kale chips! You can flavor it with your favorite spices, grated Parmesan or lemon.
Oven 150 ºC
Washed fresh Kale, thoroughly dried
- Heat the oven to 150 ºC.
- Remove the ribs from the kale and cut in to bite-size pieces.
- Spread the leaves on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and herbal salt.
- Bake in the oven until crisp but still green, for about 20-25 minutes depending on your oven.
- Cool the chips for about 2 minutes before digging in. Enjoy immediately as they loose their crispiness with time.
