Fish Tacos is the new Food Truck favorite here in Sweden. It can be done in many different ways, but you usually see it with white fried fish that is not that healthy.
In my Fish Tacos I use grilled or oven baked salmon that get taste of coriander and chili – healthy and delicious, combined. It´s a light dish, perfect summer food. What is your favorite way of tacos?

Makes 4 portions
700 g fresh Salmon with skin (25 oz)
2 tablespoon Chili Flakes
2 tablespoon Paprika Powder
2 teaspoons ground Ginger
2 teaspoon dried Cilantro
2 teaspoons Sugar
Fresh Red Cabbage
Hard Taco Chips or Corn Tortillas
Lime Wedges serving
- Grind chili flakes, paprika powder, ginger, coriander, sugar and salt. Rub the spices on the salmon.
- Bake the salmon in the oven, skin side down, until the internal temperature is 54°C (130F).
- Serve the salmon together with cabbage, guacamole, fresh cilantro, lime wedges to squeeze over, chipotle mayonnaise and taco chips.
