It´s really worth to buy organic fruit and vegetables when you make your juice. This spicy green juice is made with ginger, kale, spinach, orange, lemon and clementine. Adjust fruit and veggie amounts to suit your personal taste. More oranges or clementine equals a sweeter drink. You can also use more or less ginger depending on how strong you like your drink. Store any extra in a glass jar in the fridge for up to a day. Shake before drinking.
Healthy Green Juice
Makes 2 glasses
200 g fresh Kale (7 ounces)
100 g fresh Spinach (4 ounces)
50 g fresh Ginger (2 ounces)
- Peel orange, lemon and clementine.
- Put all ingredients in centrifuge. Pour into glasses.
