It’s typical, when we finely get some heat and sun I catch the worst cold. When I feel sick I try to treat myself with this hot ginger and lemon boost for the immune system. It feels nice to the body and I really like the taste. I like it pretty sweet but you can use less honey if you prefer. What do you eat/drink to boost your immune system?
Makes 2 portions
2 tablespoons of Honey
40 g of fresh peeled Ginger
1. Chop the Ginger in thin slices and cut the Lemon in cloves.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice in 2 glasses and add honey, ginger and hot water.
3. Let it rest for a couple of minutes to get as much flavor and vitamins as possible.
4. Enjoy it while it’s hot.
