Are you like me who think it´s difficult to find new, fun and healthy breakfasts, especially on work days? I usually bring my breakfast to work so I want something that is easy to make the day before and easy to transport on my busy mornings. I found this recipe in a Health Magazine and made it my own version. Do you have any healthy breakfast ideas? Please let me know.
Makes 3 portions
1 dl Buckwheat
1 dl Walnuts
1 ripe Banana
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Powder
1 dl Coconut Cream
- Soak buckwheat and walnuts over night.
- Drain the water from the buckwheat and nuts and rinse it well.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Divide in three glasses and top with berries, nuts and bee pollen.
