It´s very convenient to buy store bought almond milk these day but sometimes it´s fun to make it yourself. I prefer my almond milk just as it is but if you want you can flavor it with agave syrup, vanilla beans and/or dates.
Homemade almond milk only lasts a few days in the fridge, so make just what you think you will drink in this time period. The process essentially involves soaking almonds in water overnight or for up to two days — the longer you soak the almonds, the creamier the milk will be.
Today it’s cold, you guys. I mean, seriously cold. So I´m heating up with a hot Chocolate with almond milk. Do you want to know how to make hot chocolate? Go to this link http://cuisinejosephine.com/recipe/hot-chocolate-marshmallows/
