Brie Cheese Rosemary on Sweet Potato
Everyone knows the best parties are the ones with the best food! These Brie Cheese Rosemary on Sweet Potato is great together with a cocktail as pre-dinner bites or as tapas. In this recipe I make my own sweet potato chips but you can reduce the stress of hosting by buying any type of store-bought chips for a quicker version and have it ready in 10 minutes or less. If you make your own chips you can have them ready the day before and just store the chips in an airtight container until it´s time to finish them.
