Chocolate Banana Cake
Do you have over-riped bananas at home? Then you have to use them in this Chocolate Banana Cake with Mascarpone Frosting. It´s so moist and rich that you can´t stop eating it. The perfect mascarpone frosting, both sweet and tangy, sinking into the top of the cake make it even more moist. Sweet, but not overpowering.
Make sure those bananas are nice and spotty. More brown spots =sweeter and more banana flavor. Your cake will thank you!
