Easy Tortilla Pizza
I used my homemade gluten free breads
grated Parmesan cheese
3 1/2 oz
4 1/2 oz
Turn oven on 200°C (400 F).
Cut each tortilla bread into 4 pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
Slice the mozzarella and asparagus and place it evenly on the 8 breads. Sprinkle the shredded parmesan all over the tortillas.
Place it in the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pizza is crusty but you don’t want it to crusty.
Remove from oven and top with fresh oregano.
Serve immediately together with a cocktail while you´re waiting for your dinner to finish.
