We just got home from our road trip in Europe and I´m so excited to start cooking again! Two weeks not cooking makes a pile of different inspirations and ideas to try out. We only have a few days at home until we take off to Cuba so I have to start immediately if I want to get things done.
Today we are going to have a few friends over for some catching up, pizza and drinks. I´m going to welcome everyone with this Ginger-Pineapple Fizz Cocktail, a refreshing tropical drink.
The recipe below makes two glasses but the Pineapple and Ginger syrup makes about ten glasses. The syrup is perfect to freeze and save for later.
