  1. Start by slicing the cod into pieces. Add salt and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Mix the flour with salt and pepper and pour on a plate. Mix the egg and pour on a plate and bread crumbs on another plate. Turn the cod first in the flour, then the egg and finally in the bread crumbs. Make sure that the fish is completely covered. Before serving heat up the oil and fry two minutes on each side.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and chili paste and season with salt and pepper. Add in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for guacamole in a blender and blend to desired consistency. I served my fish taco with fresh cilantro, red cabbage, radishes, tortillas (I made homemade, sick worth). Enjoy!
