Zest from one Lemon
Yellow food coloring
Turn oven on 200°C (400 F).
Grate the almond paste in a large bowl. Add egg white, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and food coloring.
Mix until combined.
Pour icing sugar in a bowl.
Shape the batter into 15 small balls. Role the balls in the icing sugar until lightly coated and place on baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 12-14 minutes until nice color.
