  1. Turn oven on 200°C (400 F).
  2. Grate the almond paste in a large bowl. Add egg white, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and food coloring.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Pour icing sugar in a bowl.
  5. Shape the batter into 15 small balls. Role the balls in the icing sugar until lightly coated and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 12-14 minutes until nice color.
