How to make Dark Chocolate (vegan)
raw Cocoa Paste
raw Coconut Butter
Place the cocoa paste and coconut butter in a bowl and place over a saucepan of boiling water (make sure the bowl doesn´t hit the water). Gently stir until liquid and flavor with agave syrup.
Let it cool slightly before you poor in the mixture onto a lined lined baking sheet. Top with toppings of your choice and place in the fridge to cool completely.
Once nice and hard snap the chocolate into chunks and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
