Persimmons wrapped in smoked Ham
This recipe of juicy Persimmons wrapped in salty smoked Ham must be the simplest recipe I´ve ever posted on the blog but it still is so tasty and a very quick snack.
When you make this appetizer it´s all about the ingredients – use ripped persimmons so that they are sweet and soft and use a good quality smoked ham that you like (in this case I used Parma ham).
In the recipe I make them raw but you can also bake them in the oven for 200°C (400 F) for 12 to 15 minutes until the ham is golden and crisp. Let them cool and then enjoy.
