  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350 F).
  2. Mix the nuts into fine crumbs. Beat butter and sugar light and airy. Stir in the eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add nut crumbs, flours, vanilla sugar and lemon zest, and stir until smooth. Divide into muffin cups and bake in middle of oven about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. Whisk the ingredients for frosting airy. Pipe the frosting on the cookies. Garnish with chopped nuts.
