Pistachio Frangipane Tart
My obsession of pistachios goes on with this recipe of Pistachio Frangipane Tart and is another inspiration from the amazing Maja Vase (find her recipe here). The artist in me loves the delicate pale green color and it might just be the tastiest tart I’ve made this year!! The only thing I did different from her recipe was to make the shortcrust gluten free and to add a little extra nougat on top of the tart (you can get to much of it).
Today it´s the national day of Sweden and we have a day off work to celebrate our country. We usually don´t celebrate it at all but it´s nice to have an extra holiday to get little more things done at home. It´s a bit hectic now before the summer holiday starts (this summer I´m going to have 6 weeks off together with Freddy!!). We are planning to travel most of that time and I´m going to tell you all about it later. Do you have any summer holiday plans?
