It´s finally October, autumn is here and we can enjoy cosy indoor nights with lots of candles. I´m a bit of a candle freak, plus I´m always cold, so I like to fill the apartment with lit candles every night.
This time of year you can find plenty of pumpkins in stores everywhere, mostly for recreation but also to use in food. This was my first time making Pumpkin Cupcakes and the result was incredibly juicy and smooth. When I have made cakes with vegetables such as carrots and squash, which is similar to pumpkin, they were no where near as juicy.
