Raw Almond Bites
I easily get low blood sugar and need a quick boost so I can keep my energy up. These Raw Almond Bites are not only gluten free and vegan but the perfect portable snack. For me it´s important to make a healthy snack and something that would keep me full for a while – and these totally work!
The recipe is so easy, all you need is a good food processor and you’ll have you energy bars ready in seconds. I flavor my bites with almonds and cocoa but you can use any of your favorite nut butter.
