Rhubarb Sorbet on baked white Chocolate
This Rhubarb Sorbet on baked white chocolate recipe will not disappoint you and definitely impress your guests. The sorbet is a bit fluffy and have a different consistency than regular sorbet and gets a light, fresh feeling and is perfect together with the creamy white chocolate. You can prepare this dessert a few days before and have everything ready for the day you plan to serve it.
I use rhubarb in this sorbet (because I´m in love with it at this moment) but you can probably use any fruit or berry that is in season at that time. The key thing is just to use good quality of fruits or berries.
