    Instructions
    1. Combine all the ingredients for the salt cure. Place the salmon in the cure mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes. Remove the salmon and pat dry.
    2. Cut the salmon into 20 thin slices, sashimi size.
    3. Mix Tamari soy with mayonnaise and place in a piping bag.
    4. Place the salmon on the crostini and top with soy mayo and salmon roe on each salmon. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
