Salt cured Salmon with Horseradish and Apple
Hope everyone have had a nice weekend! We have had a great weekend together with my mom and her boyfriend – nice weather, lots of laughter, good food – and we just dropped them off at the train station to go home to Ystad.
Yesterday we went Discgolfing in Skatås, have you ever tried it? It was my first time and it was so much fun, but a lot harder than a thought (I came in last place). I haven´t thrown disc since I was a kid.
When we got home I made dinner for the four of us, and for starter I made this salt cured salmon with horseradish and apple. So simple, clean and fresh ingredients – just perfect on warm days.
The recipe is inspired from a restaurant visit on Gotland last weekend, restaurant Bolaget in Visby.
