Seared Tuna Sashimi
This beautiful dish with seared tuna sashimi and a spicy avocado salad contains a lot of healthy fats and just what I need this time of year when it´s dark and almost no sun outside. Most Swedes lack of vitamin D so we have to make sure to eat a lot of good nutritious food like fat fish, avocado and olive oil. By eating your vitamins you can feel more alert and live a better and healthier life.
Before you sear the tuna, make sure to get the pan screaming hot, this gives you a deep crust without overcooking the interior. You can choose how spicy you want it by using more or less chili.
This dish is so quick and simple – just my style!
Serve the seared tuna sashimi as a main or an easy but impressive starter.
