Twice a year my boss Jessica organize an activity and a dinner with drinks with all the employees. It´s so much fun hanging out outside the work environment. The other week it was that time of year and we started off with painting pottery at Art of Soul. We had some Champagne and let our creativity loose (maybe I will show you my result later). Jessica had made Tamari roasted pumpkin seeds as snacks. I absolutely loved it and had to try it myself.
Tamari Roasted Seeds can be prepared in only 5 minutes and are super healthy. Pumpkin seeds are full of B vitamins as well as vitamins E and K. Once roasted, you can add them to salads, sprinkling them on greens or just eating them straight.
Making them is simple and requires only 3 ingredients: seeds (I use pumpkins and Sunflour seeds) and tamari (I use organic and gluten free).
