Veal in creamy Horseradish and Dill Sauce
This recipe of Veal in creamy Horseradish and Dill Sauce is real comfort food if you ask me. It´s a simple, classy dish but still have that luxurious feeling to it. The important thing in this recipe is that you use fresh dill and fresh horseradish.
We just got home from a ski trip in Italy, Dolomite Alps, yesterday and have had an amazing week with lots of food and wine (and skiing of course). But, like always, when we come home from a trip I can´t wait to eat my own food, and especially with Swedish flavors and this recipe has this perfect Swedish feeling to it.
