Vegan Chocolate Mousse
The first time I worked with aquafaba (aqua = water, faba = bean) was on my Vegan Meringues (find recipe here) and I was so happy with the result. This recipe of Vegan Chocolate Mousse is made with only two ingredients – chickpea water and dark chocolate – and is so simple and tasty. If you prefer you can sweeten it with agave syrup.
Put together this smooth, creamy and super-chocolaty mousse in minutes! And let me assure you, this dessert DOES NOT taste of chickpeas at all.
