Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Chickpeas (you will only need the liquid)
Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed over a pan of simmering water. Let the chocolate cool down while you prepare the next step.
Mix the liquid of the chickpeas with an electric whisk. Whisk until you have a white fluffy consistency.
Gently fold in the chocolate with a spatula and very slightly stir it. Flavor with agave syrup if you want and pour into five glasses and place in the fridge for at least one hour, ideally overnight.
Garnish with you favorite berries.
