Vegan Meringues? Yes, it can be done. So what’s the secret ingredient? Aquafaba is what it’s called (aqua = water, faba = bean). But can bean water cookies taste good? Yes, and you can make a meringue out of the water that’s leftover in a can of beans, and it’s basically exactly the same result as if you were to use egg whites, except completely vegan.
I was totally amazed by this and it got me inspired to want to try lots of other vegan ideas. You have to try as well!
