Vegan Tofu Meatballs with Basil
Do you think tofu is bland and boring? This recipe of Vegan Tofu Meatballs with Basil is a fun way to add vegan protein in your meals. The Corn flakes in the balls makes them extra crispy and firm. They also freeze well so make a large batch and store for later.
I flavored the Tofu Meatballs with basil but you can vary it with different herbs such as dill, tarragon or coriander.
