I eat pasta once or twice a week and today there is no problem of finding good, tasty, quality gluten free pasta alternatives. Pasta Bolognese is one of our favorite quick meals to make when we come home from work on weekdays. This recipe of vegetarian bolognese with lentils is an awesome alternativ to this dish. Very tasty and simple with lots of herbs and red wine. If you want a vegan alternativ just use a vegan cream instead of a regular.
