Snacks don´t always have to be unhealthy. For instance I made crispy roasted Chickpeas today that you can enjoy on a salad, soup or together with a cocktail. Very healthy and delicious!
2 cartons of cooked Chickpeas à 400 g (14 ounces)
2 cloves of Garlic
½ teaspoon of Salt
Sweet Paprika powder
- Heat the oven to 200°C (400F).
- Mix olive oil together with the chopped cloves of garlic. Toss the Chickpeas with the oil and salt.
- Spread the chickpeas out in an even layer of a baking sheet. Roast the chickpeas in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Stir the pan every 10 minutes. The chickpeas are done when golden, dry and crispy on the outside.
- Toss the chickpeas with chili powder and paprika powder.
