In Gothenburg it has rained all week, it even hailed and snowed one day. This is typical April weather we say in Sweden, were four seasons in one day is common. On days like these, a bit of chili can be nice, and together with cucumber you have a elegant cocktail! Let’s make Spicy Cucumber Gin and Tonic!
Today it´s Walpurgis Night and that is the day we celebrate the arrival of spring. We usually have a barbecue if the wether is good but the rain doesn´t seem to stop today. Hopefully it will clear up!
Gin and Tonic is a classic and a favorite in our home and like everything else we make, we like to experiment. This version, Spicy Cucumber Gin and Tonic, is fun and super tasty!
