One of my summertime craving is all the beautiful fruits and berries that are available this season. I like to eat it fresh in a fruit salad or like this recipe, roasted in the oven served with my favorite toppings.
Makes 4 portions
2 Fresh Peaches
4 tablespoons of Organic Sugar
Roasted Cashew nuts
Whipped Cream or Ice Cream
1. Cut the peaches in half and sprinkle with sugar. Put a little piece of butter on top of each peach.
2. Roast the peaches in the oven for about 15 minutes.
3. Drizzle with honey and serve with roasted cashew nuts and whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
